Our Initiatives
MC3 Apprentice Readiness Program
To help more women enter our 19 affiliated apprenticeship programs, we offer all-female MC3 Apprentice Readiness cohorts. These women-focused trainings provide a supportive, bias-aware environment that builds confidence, increases representation, and promotes the trades as a viable career path.

Resilient Jobsite
Builder Program
The RJB program is a 13-week training designed to move female and non-binary apprentices and journeyman from “just getting by” to becoming confident leaders on the job. Participants acquire practical skills, strong communication, and leadership tools to support positive changes on the jobsite.
